Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

— Return request is made within 7 days of your purchase

— Product must be in the same condition as received and undamaged in any way

— Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and the refund processed accordingly

Non-Returnable Items

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

— The product is damaged in any way upon return

— The return is initiated after the 7-day window has passed

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your product arrived damaged or broken upon delivery, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

— Refund will be issued via bank transfer

— May take 3–10 business days to appear on your bank statement

— Delivery fees from receiving and returning the product are excluded from the refund — normal delivery fees will still be charged

شروط قبول الإرجاع

لكي يكون الإرجاع مقبولاً، يجب استيفاء الشروط التالية:

— يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الشراء

— يجب أن يكون المنتج بنفس حالته عند الاستلام وغير تالف بأي شكل

— بمجرد استلام المنتج، سيتم فحصه ومعالجة الاسترداد وفقاً لذلك

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع

لن تكون مؤهلاً للحصول على استرداد في الحالات التالية:

— إذا كان المنتج تالفاً بأي شكل عند إعادته

— إذا تم تقديم طلب الإرجاع بعد انتهاء مدة الـ ٧ أيام

الطلبات التالفة أو الخاطئة

إذا وصل منتجك تالفاً أو مكسوراً عند التسليم، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً وسنسعد بإرسال بديل مجاني دون أي تكلفة إضافية.

إجراءات الاسترداد

بعد الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع:

— سيتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد عبر تحويل بنكي

— قد يستغرق ظهوره في كشف حسابك من ٣ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل

— رسوم الشحن عند الاستلام والإعادة مستثناة من المبلغ المسترد — ستُحتسب رسوم التوصيل المعتادة
